Welcome To Brooktrails Township

Until we have the opportunity to meet you personally, the members of the Brooktrails Property Owners Association, Inc. and the BPOA Women's Club bid you welcome to Brooktrails and the surrounding Redwood Empire. We hope you will find this site helpful in getting acquainted with the area and its many social and recreational activities.

The Brooktrails Property Owner's Association, Inc. (BPOA) is a non-profit organization incorporated in 1975. Its primary purpose is to undertake activities which benefit the residents of Brooktrails and the Willits area. Membership is voluntary and is open to residents and property owners interested in our community. Membership in BPOA is $10.00 each per year, $20.00 max per family.

The BPOA Board consists of 5 volunteers serving staggered two-year terms as elected by the membership. We meet at the Community Center each month on the 2nd Wednesday at 7:00 PM. In addition we have four or five dinner socials. We invite you to come to the meetings to voice your ideas and concerns so that we may improve our community. Also meet your neighbors and make new friends.

The BPOA Women's Club is a voluntary special interest group of women members of the BPOA with emphasis on social and fraternal activities. Annual dues are $5.00 per person. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at the Community Center at 1:00PM. Again, welcome to Brooktrails! If either BPOA or the Women's Club can assist you in getting settled, please call on us.
