Welcome To Brooktrails Township
The Brooktrails
Property Owner's Association, Inc. (BPOA) is a non-profit organization incorporated
in 1975. Its primary purpose is to undertake activities which benefit the
residents of Brooktrails and the Willits area. Membership is voluntary and
is open to residents and property owners interested in our community.

The BPOA Board consists of 5 volunteers serving staggered two-year terms as elected by the membership. We meet at the Community Center four times a year for dinner meeting socials. We invite you to come to the meetings to voice your ideas and concerns so that we may improve our community. Also meet your neighbors and make new friends.
The BPOA Women's Club is a voluntary special interest group of women members of the BPOA with emphasis on social and fraternal activities. Annual dues are $10.00 per person. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at the Community Center at 1:00PM. Again, welcome to Brooktrails! If either BPOA or the Women's Club can assist you in getting settled, please call on us.
